Off-dry, with a balancing freshness that brings the flavours to the fore. This Gewurztraminer shows the fruit character of pear, rose petal and lychee enhanced with exotic notes of spice and a pinch of peppermint. The vineyards are planted to an altitude of 280 metres and have a south-easterly aspect, ideal for ripening grapes.
