Tasting Notes

Lovely to drink. A rich, persistent nose of candied-fruit, prunes and cloves. Tasting of butter toffee and sultanas, Demerara sugar and even cola. The well-balanced sweetness first coats the mouth but then fades away slowly, leaving the palate clean.
