One of the first and most important biodynamic estates in France. The fruit is clean and pure with good acidity. The wood, very well integrated, offers an impressive support to the wine.

Colour... Golden yellow, shiny and clear.

Nose... Intense and complex with ripe citrus, grapefruit, white peach, honey, dried fruit and toasted notes.

Mouth... Full and silky, ripe, ample with notes of vanilla, toast, butter and exotic fruits. Good length.

Enjoy with pan-fried scallops, fish in sauce or as an aperitif.
