Produced in La CompañÃa Ejutla, Oaxaca, by mezcaleros Gregorio and Gonzalo Hernandez. Barril is a subspecies of the Karwinsinskii Family of agaves that grows in the hilly areas. It grows a long stalk, resembling a tree and creates a mezcal of great complexity, balancing sweetness and citrus.
