This Merlot takes a good hour to open, when it does it’s very aromatic. Flavours are fairly bold - blueberry, dark plum, cherry, black currant, coffee, and herb hints in a dark ruby colour. It leans pretty close to dry with a long mouthfeel that’s quite intense and full-bodied.
