A very fragrant Pisco, all jasmine flowers, tangerine and honey and, with your eyes shut, you’d think it was a Muscat-based dessert wine rather than a Muscat-based spirit. The palate is soft, silky and as sweet as syrup with the flavour of orange blossom honey.
